Journey throughout the known universe! Astral Travel is the art and science of expanding one's consciousness in order to travel outside the physical body. The Astral Plane is one of the great, real workshops of the universe. This amazing workshop teaches you the essential theory and techniques to practice and develop the skill of Astral Travel in a safe and respectful manner.
In this class you will learn:

• How to prepare your environment, body, and mind for Astral Travel

how to prepare
We recommend limiting caffeine and chocolate prior to the class as well as bringing a water bottle and a journal. Dress in layers for maximum comfort.
